Winter will be warmer than normal, with the coldest temperatures in late December, late January, and early February. Winter rainfall will be above normal in the north and below normal in the south. April and May will be warmer and wetter than normal. Summer will bring above-normal temperatures and below-normal rainfall. The hottest periods will be in late June and early July.
