Winter temperatures will be below normal, with above-normal precipitation and snowfall. The coldest period will run from early January through mid-February, while the snowiest spells will occur in late December, mid- to late January, and early to mid-February. April and May temperatures will be near normal, with rainfall slightly above normal. Summer temperatures will average below normal, as will precipitation. The hottest periods will arrive in early July and early and late August.
